Evening Hatha yoga

A mixed level, slower paced flow class compared to our morning Hatha classes. Students will focus on linking breath with mindful movement and cultivate body awareness while building strength, balance, grounding, and compassion.  Props and modifications are offered for proper alignment and ease in postures. This class combines asanas, breath work, and stillness and instructs the practitioner to modify, vary and progress in poses accordingly.
