Our entire life is led by feelings and inspirations, and that is the role of the heart. When we manage to listen to the feelings and capture the inspiration that comes from within, we master our life. The whole exercise of fine-tuning this process is Heartfulness meditation. 

Heartfulness Meditation is a Raja Yoga based meditation where we gently turn our attention towards our heart and experience that inner Presence for ourselves. It is a simple yet effective relaxation and meditation technique to reduce stress, calm your mind and improve the quality of our life.
